The SA902 is not as huge and filled withfeatures as most Sades headsets, but they have kept the most important factors. What i personally really enjoyed about this one, is the slick, simplistic design.

This headsets strongestfeature is definitely its microphone. The microphone has a very clear sound, and it almost doesn’t pick up on any background noise. So with this headset, you have great possibilities of great co-op team play with your online friends, without annoying them with all kinds of background noise.

This headset is its little brother, which manages to tuneeverything down a bit, while still performing admirably.

Of course, we were notexpecting too much when purchasing this budget headset. But it was indeed avery pleasant surprise. it goes without saying that it does not have the samesound quality as some of the other headsets on this list, but at 1/3 the price, how could it?

What surprised us isthat the sound system is very good, even better than A LOT of much more expensivegaming headsets.

Furthermore, thisheadset is also quite comfortable. This is mostly due to its lightweight design, that does make it a treat to wear. But also makes it feel a bit cheaper than a itsbig brother when holding it in your hand.

Turtle Beach is notknown for their PC headsets, but rather their console headsets. However, withthe PX22 they managed to make a great multi-purpose headset, Fully functionalfor PC gaming.

First off, this is amulti-platform headset and works great as just that. However, this is NOT turtlebeach’ best console headset, far from it. it seems like Turtle Beach had aclear focus on PC gaming when making the PX22. it simply seems to performbetter on a computer, than on a console. For technical reasons, it is hard tomake a multi-platform headset that performs outstandingly on both console andcomputer, so we are really happy that they put their focus on PC gaming.

The PX22 has all the signatureTurtle Beach functionality, such as the in-depth audio editor. You can mute, adjust volume, bass, treble, chat and gaming volume separately from the overallaudio. The headset oozes quality, and you can truly feel you got your hands on a premium products when holding thisin your hand. This obviously makes it quite high-end in terms of pricing. Theonly reason that it is not higher on the list is that a little more could beexpected from a headset with this kind of the price tag. We feel that theSennheiser Game One and SteelSeries Artcis is a tiny bit better, at the samecost.

The microphone is amongthe best we have ever tried on a gaming headset. it effectively removesbackground noise and has a rock solid build.

in terms of build quality,we are torn. On the one hand, it feels rock solid, like the luxurious productthat it is. On the other hand, the pipes that hold the headset together canfeel a bit shake after months of use. We never experienced any issue with this, but we have found when researching that occasionally they break off. However, ithas to be said that the Astro customer support is excellent and you will findno issue in getting a replacement if anything were to happen.
