New version of Taditor - 1.42.1 - is ready for download.

It's a maintenance update that eliminates most important problems found in the time period after the latest release.

! Windows 7 is now supported! - "Courier New" issue corrected
! Windows Vista/7 "Alt" key was hiding buttons - fixed
+ color selection for caret line
> Spelling checker module updated for LibreOffice, v. 3.4.4 or later recommended (*)
> search process - when not searching from the beginning of the document
programs asks to search from the beginning if text not found
! printing on both sides now possible (printer settings were ignored)
! Cut/Copy/Paste was not possible in Find windows when not docked
! Small corrections for PHP, JS, SQL syntax highlighters
! "Replace all" command was not replacing first text occurrence when selected
! "cannot open clipboard" error - added workaround to avoid this message
! added corrections for opening > 4GB files
! corrections for handling imported multi-part files (like EBCDIC)
! "Save as" - added "current encoding" for easier encoding change
! "Save as", "Export" - these windows were not handling Unicode file names correctly
! fixed strange cursor behavior when "save as" or "open" windows open
and switching between applications
! Some actions were available but not useful for toolbar - hidden
! Registration information was not handled correctly when program started
with file as parameter
! Some small visual problems were eliminated ("mouse wheel", "show desktop")

(*) Note: There is an error in OpenOffice / LibreOffice 3.3.x which makes many of it's functions unusable for applications like Taditor. So please use either earlier or later & better versions.

There is a new version of HLPlanet Taditor available - 1.40.15.
It is a maintenance release, many serious errors has been found and fixed.

Note: If you don't want to loose customized "Tools" menu please:
- export settings to XML
- uninstall the program
- install new version
- open settings file
- replace all '>.Item' to '>Item'
- import settings file
