Free support service is available only for installation problems.
Of course you can send us any feedback information regarding our software products (feature requests, bug reports, etc.), but we do not guarantee any answer unless you have purchased
support service from us.
Priority support service

You can order a standard paid support service by contacting
our Sales & Distribution department.
Please note that we process support requests from users of purchased
products in priority. If this is your case, please specify your order#
