The Auto Pilot Gaming (APG) feature has long been the “killer app” for GuliKit controllers. Originally famous on the KingKong 2 Pro for its ability to record and replicate gameplay actions on the fly, the ecosystem has now evolved.
GuliKit has officially moved into the software era with the launch of a web-based APG File Editor, allowing for precise macro customization on their latest controllers without the need for manual recording.
How to Access the APG macro tool
You can access the tool immediately at: https://macro.gulikit.com/
The workflow is streamlined to avoid proprietary software installations:
- Connect: Plug your controller (KK3, TT, or Elves 2) into your computer via USB while the device is powered on.
- Enter Sharing Mode: Press and hold the “SETUP button” and the “APG key” simultaneously. The controller will mount to your PC like a USB drive.
- Edit & Overwrite:
- Create your configuration in the web tool.
- Export the APG file.
- Copy the new file to the controller’s drive and overwrite the existing file.
- Important: Do not rename the file; it must replace the original filename to be recognized.
How APG Works
While the new editor covers the latest models, the massive user base of the KingKong 2 Pro (NS09) and Zen Pro relies on the hardware-based APG method. This manual recording method remains a quick way to set up loops for farming resources or skipping repetitive dialogue.
1. Activation and Recording
To start a recording without software:
- Press and hold the APG button for three seconds.
- You will feel a long vibration, signaling the start of the recording process.
- The controller will record all inputs (joysticks and buttons) for up to 10 minutes.
- Press the APG button again to stop recording (confirmed by a short vibration).
2. Playback and Looping
Once you have a sequence recorded, you can execute it in two ways:
- Single Run: Press the APG button once. The controller will execute the actions exactly as recorded.
- Infinite Loop: Double-click the APG button. The controller will repeat the recorded sequence continuously until stopped.
3. Operation During Playback
A unique feature of GuliKit’s APG is that the thumbsticks remain active during playback. You can move your character while the controller handles button presses automatically. However, pressing any other face button will instantly cancel the Auto Pilot Gaming mode.
4. Power Management
If you are running a long AFK (Away From Keyboard) farm loop, don’t worry about the controller falling asleep. The auto-shutdown feature (usually triggered after 10 minutes of inactivity) is disabled while Auto-Pilot Gaming is active.
Saving Your Settings
By default, APG recordings on the KingKong 2 Pro may be cleared when the controller is restarted in normal mode. To ensure your macros persist across sessions, make sure you are using Professional Player Mode. To toggle settings or clear data, hold the Set (Gear icon) button and press the relevant mode button.

In summary, the APG feature of the GuliKit NS09 KingKong 2 Pro Controller allows players to record, replicate, and loop their gameplay actions, offering an advantage in certain gaming scenarios.
