The G7 Pro by GameSir and Ultimate Legend by ZD Gaming are two of the most popular elite controllers available right now.
This is the first installment in the series of controller comparisons I will be making. I hope this helps you pick the right controller 🫶🏼
Comparison: Gamesir G7 Pro and ZD Ultimate Legend

– 8K Aimlabs Edition
Compatible with other G7 faceplates (only with cross d-pad)

– Micro-switch trigger stops (sharper sound)
– Impulse Triggers (trigger vibration motors)
– I like these more
– Softer, “clack” sound
– 1 extra pair of shoulder buttons
– 3 styles of dpad included in the box
– Central pivot is kind of loose feeling and there is a significant amount of play out of the box. But accuracy is good and performance is good.

– Feels tighter and less play.
– has a switch to lock these in place in case you don’t want accidental presses
– 2 rumble motors in triggers
– Feels nice and detailed

Which one should YOU buy?
The GameSir G7 Pro is the more “balanced” choice, especially for those who primarily play on Xbox and PC. It offers the best official Xbox-licensed experience with high-end TMR sticks and a reliable charging station included in the box. Its build quality feels more mature and consistent across the board.
The ZD Ultimate Legend is a “spec-beast” designed for enthusiasts who want every feature possible. With its modular stick and trigger modules, 8 extra buttons, and 4000Hz wired polling rate, it is tailored for competitive PC and Switch players who enjoy tinkering with their hardware. However, it comes at a higher price and may feel slightly less “balanced” in the hand due to its modular nature.
